Green roof

Great!!! That describes my experience with Platypus. I had an emergency situation, my roof was leaking in my tenants' room so I had a neighbor who used them and was extremely satisfied. I decided to call them the best decision... they came the same day to check and assess the roof and the reasons why. It was leaking. They were very professional, kept me up to date with everything that was being done and that allowed me to have confidence in the work that was done step by step. Our roof was leaking. Very good and fast emergency repair and roof repair service. Courteous staff explaining at each stage the why and how of the repair of my roof thus avoiding any problem. We wanted to respect the design of our roof, such as the visible flashings in our front, for example, and everything was done as we wanted. They left the place clean. Thanks to the whole team!

The guys are pros. They gave me the options. I could have paid less and been fooled by guys who patched the roof and said nothing. With them, they take all the photos, ask you to come and see the work in progress. Beautiful finish The bill went up because they had to redo the entire roof structure. It was not forced but offered if I wanted to keep the building for the long term. Which was the case.

I contacted this company because I had a problem with water entering the roof and other damage that needed to be repaired. Olivier, the representative, made the communication and the process very pleasant and easy. I appreciated that he took the time to explain to me the cause of the problem and the various repair options. The roofers then came on the agreed date to do the work. They were efficient, left the premises clean and showed me photos and explained the extent of the work done. I am very happy with their service!
